The 2022 International Conference on Wireless Communications, Electrical Engineering and Automation (WCEEA 2022) will take place on October 15th and 16th, 2022 in Indianapolis, USA. Ensure that your submission meets all the requirements listed below. Below, please find the requirements for submission.

  • The paper must include an abstract not exceeding 250 words.
  • The paper must consist of original material that has not been previously published or under review in another conference or journal, nor is currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The paper must be formatted strictly according to the provided template.
  • Page numbers are required.
  • This is highly recommended: all papers should be written using only four commonly used fonts: Times, Helvetica, Courier, and Symbol.
  • This guideline strongly recommends that authors utilize IEEE Conference templates in compliance with these formatting specifications.

Guidelines on conflicts of interest
We define a conflict of interest as:

  • Throughout your academic journey and interactions with Ph.D. students.
  • Individuals connected through bloodline or marriage throughout one's lifetime.
  • Acquaintances from collaborative endeavors over the past five years.
  • Collaborators encompass individuals across various roles: co-authors contributing to ongoing or completed research projects; co-PIs associated with approved or pending grants; financial contributors and reciprocal researchers.
  • Service collaborations like drafting a CSTB report or chairing a program committee do not constitute personal conflicts of interest.
  • Those deemed to have potential conflicts of interest should verify their status by consulting with the program chair.
