The articles in this journal are subject to peer review as per the IEEE PSPB Operations Manual (sections 8.2.1.C & 8.2.2.A).
Each published article undergoes a rigorous evaluation by at least two independent reviewers using a single-blind peer review process.
In this process, authors remain unknown to their own reviewer's identities, while reviewers gain knowledge about their respective author's identity.
A system will be implemented to screen for plagiarism before acceptance.
Corresponding authors from low-income countries have the eligibility to enjoy waived or significantly reduced open access APCs, as detailed on the IEEE Open Access FAQ page.
