选题意义

随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,工作和日常事务繁忙,人们对服务就有了更深入、更精细的要求。而计算机技术的迅猛发展,使得这种需求变为可能,传统的社区服务业也与互联网技术结合更加密切,这是社会发展的必然趋势。

为解决社区中实际存在的问题,设计开发出一款智慧社区网站,为社区居民提供一切日常生活所需的服务,比如在线报修,投诉建议,爱心助老,社区信息管理,周边服务管理等,可以通过本平台轻松实现。本项目通过现代信息技术解决社区居民生活难题,提供社区特色便民服务,是一种创新软件程序。

研究内容

智慧社区网站有管理员和客户两个角色。客户功能有车位信息,社区信息,周边服务,问卷调查,爱心助老,通知公告,留言反馈,个人中心,客服中心,在线报修管理,投诉建议管理,车位租买管理,社区信息管理,参与答卷管理,我的收藏管理。管理员功能有个人中心,客户管理,在线报修管理,投诉建议管理,车位信息管理,车位租买管理,社区信息管理,周边服务管理,问卷调查管理,参与答卷管理,爱心助老管理,留言板管理,系统管理。

研究方法

智慧社区网站是一个B/S模式系统,智慧社区网站采用的开发框架为Spring Boot框架,开发工具采用Eclipse,服务器用的是Tomcat。编码语言是Java,数据库采用Mysql数据库。系统具有界面清晰、操作简单,功能齐全的特点,智慧社区网站的使用使管理人员从繁重的工作中解脱出来,实现无纸化办公。
